A dialogue between public and private spaces
ACPV ARCHITECTS is in charge of designing office spaces and a 250-room hotel as part of MilanoSesto, the most important urban regeneration project in Italy, and one of Europe’s key developments. The project will be part of Unione Zero – the first private development parcel of Sesto San Giovanni’s former Falck area that enjoys a strategic position with its close proximity to the railway station and the underground line that connects the area with the center of Milan in just fifteen minutes.
Around and in between the hotel and office buildings, a new system of public squares will offer green areas where people can enjoy their break at work, take a short walk or simply enjoy the outdoors.
Characterized by the use of BIM technology, the project has been conceived with environmental sustainability and energy efficiency at its core, in terms of building performance and adherence to LEED, WELL and Cradle to Cradle standards.
