The renovation project for the historic State Mint and Polygraphic Institute (Ex Poligrafico dello Stato) building in the heart of Rome (Italy) creates office spaces that increase the well-being of employees. Flexible, modern and comfortable workspaces, conceived with a more agile organization in mind, will integrate services that facilitate people’s work processes.

Built in 1914 and considered one of the most outstanding examples Art Nouveau style in Rome, the symbolic palazzo is renovated with a series of sustainable solutions that will make it fully compliant with the highest energy and environmental standards. The large building complex’s internal courtyard and the new floor added to the building’s very top will become a place of interaction and exchange.
