Located on a man-made island shaped like a seahorse off the coast of Dubai, the Bulgari Resort Dubai is the result of a comprehensive design process, ranging from the 1.7-million-square-foot masterplan to architectural and interior details. The project establishes a cohesive and enduring relationship with its marine surroundings through an integrated vision of buildings, open spaces and materials.
The masterplan organizes a series of interrelated programmes—including hotel, residences, marina, yacht club, villas and mansions—into an integrated waterfront environment.
