ACPV ARCHITECTS’ masterplan for this man-made extension of the city offers a one-of-a-kind lifestyle experience for both guests and residents. The masterplan organizes a series of interrelated programmes—including hotel, residences, marina, yacht club, villas and mansions—into an integrated waterfront environment.
The project establishes a cohesive and enduring relationship with its marine surroundings through an integrated vision of buildings, open spaces and materials.
