This project comprises a collection of seven two-story buildings positioned along the outer edge of Jumeirah Bay Island—home to the Bulgari Resort Dubai and a range of Bulgari-branded residences. With generously proportioned indoor and outdoor areas of 1,460 sqm each, the Mansions appear to hover above the sea, offering panoramic views of the surrounding waters for a refined and immersive living experience.
Each Mansion is defined by a rectangular volume that accommodates a spacious, three-part indoor living area that connects with a sea-facing ground floor terrace, and five bedrooms on the upper floor. A bronze-colored metal staircase, set against a blue onyx backdrop, visually echoes the maritime tones outside while connecting the two floors.
Floor-to-ceiling glass openings emphasize the building’s direct relationship with the sea, while custom-designed geometric brise soleils, crafted in glass-reinforced concrete, offer both privacy and solar shading. The bronze inlays on the façades, along with bronze-finished window frames and oak wood panelling, create a consistent and sophisticated design language.
Upstairs, the master bedroom features silk wall coverings and is framed by full-height windows that open the space to the unique surroundings, while the master bathroom showcases teak wood stone and handmade terracotta tiles.
