Arte stands on the oceanfront of Miami Beach, on the boundary between Collins Avenue and Atlantic Way, in the Surfside neighbourhood. The eleven-storey residential building, conceived as a sculptural presence where architecture and art converge, hosts sixteen exclusive apartments. Its form—widening at the centre and tapering towards the top—derives directly from the specific orientation of the site, generating a composition that is both unprecedented and rigorously ordered.
Materiality plays a central role: Roman travertine, bronze-coloured finishes and clear glass are combined to create a language of craftsmanship and lightness. The unusual massing, emphasized by the projection of the terraces, becomes a disciplined framework that allows each residence to enjoy sweeping views of both city and sea.
