New residential high-rise with amenities

Named after the Italian concept of Dolce Far Niente—an expression of effortless Italian living—the residential complex thoughtfully integrates two high-rise volumes with a shared podium, creating a harmonious balance between city life and serene living. Designed as a context-aware solution, the building’s massing aligns with the local environment to maximize panoramic views, natural light, and resident privacy.
The architecture unfolds vertically in three distinct zones: the building’s podium offers a vibrant public space with retail, lobby, and a library across two floors, seamlessly connecting to the surrounding streetscape. Above, the building comprises a landscaped amenity floor offering green outdoors spaces and residential units that foster community living. Rising from 50 meters to 100 meters, the towers’ upper-floor residences feature interiors inspired by local Hakka culture, reinterpreted through an Italian lens.
