Our architectural design concept for the Sukhumvit THIRTY-EIGHT residential high-rise features an innovative façade that offers uninterrupted views of Bangkok (Thailand). Neighboring with the vibrant Thong Lo neighborhood, known for its trendy bars, boutiques and bistros, Sukhumvit THIRTY-EIGHT redefines the city’s skyline with its sculpturally stacked volumes. The building’s skin is characterized by pure geometry and perfectly tailored measurements.
It features a glass façade that changes color in different lighting conditions, with panels painted in a blue color that was custom-formulated to accentuate the precision and accuracy of the design process. Materials, textures and colors work together to create a one-of-a-kind quality of living through a rigorous design approach. Following a new definition of luxury that is based on a rich mix of experiences, Sukhumvit THIRTY-EIGHT offers residents a new way to interact with the city through far-reaching panoramic views.
