As part of the masterplan for Red Sea Global’s large-scale AMAALA destination, ACPV ARCHITECTS’ architectural design for the Rosewood Residences comprises 26 villas designed with refined living in mind. The development integrates the architecture of 25 villas—ranging from three to five bedrooms and spanning between 361 and 546 square meters—as well as the architecture and interior design of an iconic five-bedroom villa.
Located on the southern side of the Rosewood AMAALA development, the Residences offer unique views of the Red Sea’s shoreline and the secluded Puro Cove, all set within a landscape featuring locally adaptable plant species. The limestone-clad façades of the Residences feature clean lines and bronze-finish details, while the outdoor spaces include private pools and generously proportioned seating areas. These areas are finished with limestone paving and wood decking to evoke a sense of harmony and tranquility.
