Located between the green slopes of Victoria Peak and the Hong Kong Central district, the project comprises two 198-meters towers totaling around 62,500 sqm. The volumes, connected by a shared podium, are arranged as asymmetrical wings that adapt to the steep hillside while maintaining a balanced relationship between monumentality and human scale. A refined façade of glass and bronze horizontal lines incorporates operable elements, corner windows, balconies, and weather-responsive components. The podium, clad in textured natural stone, recalls traditional retaining walls and anchors the towers while redefining their relationship with the neighborhood through multiple access points, including a semi-transparent entrance leading to a double-height lobby.
