RG27 is the new headquarters of ACPV ARCHITECTS, located on Viale Regina Giovanna in Milan’s Porta Venezia district. The project reorganises approximately 5,000 sqm of existing space into a contemporary working environment designed to support the evolving needs of the practice, placing openness, collaboration and knowledge sharing at its core.
Distributed across three levels, the building revolves around the ACPV Garden, a central courtyard that connects the different work areas and establishes visual continuity between indoor and outdoor spaces. An elevated glazed bridge links the two main wings, while a new entrance and reception area improve access and circulation throughout the building.
The first floor accommodates a 2,000-square-metre open-plan workspace with 250 workstations, arranged within a flexible layout that adapts to changing needs. More than 600 sqm are dedicated to research and experimentation through ACPV Lab, ACPV Materials and ACPV Index, integrating these activities into the studio’s daily design process.
