An innovative, multi-layered building where work and leisure time are equally precious. An elegant and luminous structure whose heart is a full-height, glazed atrium, where people can meet and interact as if they were in an elegant piazza.
The multi-level structure suits different needs. While the spacious common area and its facilities encourage social life, the upper floors are an invitation to more-focused activities.
Internal courtyards, gardens, and terraces gently flow into office spaces, providing a unique, flexible, and pleasant environment.
Thanks to a meticulous context analysis, we were able to study each detail, from colors to materials, so that they naturally fit the urban environment. The façade is clad in an adjustable gold-bronze system of louver blades and external solar shading, and illuminates the interiors with bright, warm light.
