ACPV ARCHITECTS’ architecture and interior design project for Bulgari Resort & Mansions Bodrum combines hospitality and residential functions, and builds on synergies between the architectural typologies to offer a complex program. Overlooking the scenic waters of the eastern Mediterranean Sea from the peninsula of Cennet Koyu near Türkbükü, at a site of rich natural and historical significance, Bulgari Resort Bodrum and its new residences represent a milestone in the region’s future development.
This project, opening in 2027, aims to create a dialogue between architecture and landscape, establishing a connection between a contemporary architectural language and the ancient civilization that once occupied the region, following a design that is anchored in the terrain and shaped by coastal views.
Bulgari Resort Bodrum will be located at the tip of the peninsula, and it will be surrounded by an exclusive residential community composed of around 100 Mansions, designed to foster a safe and sophisticated international community where traffic is minimized in favor of pedestrian paths, electric vehicles and shared spaces.
As demonstrated in Dubai, the integrated model of hospitality and private residences of Bulgari is reinterpreted here through a strong connection with the local landscape and culture. Amenities including a spa, beach club, kids club, and event amphitheater respond to the diverse needs of both residents and guests.
The architecture and interior design of the residences, comprising seafront and hillside Mansions, integrate local materials and green roofs to build harmonies with the identity of the place. A curated range of amenities for relaxation, recreation, entertainment and dining will be offered in the Resort’s main building and throughout the entire estate.
