The Penthouse at 1428 Brickell comprises a two-story residence that features 1100 sqm of living space with refined furniture, materials, and finishes. Set under a more than 8-meter-high ceiling, the penthouse provides panoramic views of the Miami skyline and the Atlantic Ocean.
ACPV ARCHITECTS’ interiors project for the one-of-a-kind residence was inspired by iconic figures of the 20th century, including Oscar Niemeyer, Luigi Caccia Dominioni, Angelo Mangiarotti, Charlotte Perriand, and Philip Johnson. By channeling their genius, the penthouse became a rich tapestry of silk georgette marble, eucalyptus wood claddings, mineral lime-based finishes, fluted glass walls, spaghetti stone touches and ash flooring.
The project integrates a meticulously designed stone-clad stairway a custom-designed library bar featuring silk georgette, a Salvatori stone-adorned master bathroom, and pivoting walls that allow for various spatial configurations. The artisans of Vaselli, chosen for their exclusivity and excellence in stonework, will craft a stunning centerpiece-like front-of-house kitchen, while Italy’s Arclinea will design a separate chef’s kitchen within the residence.
