10 years of Qatar Airways Lounges in Doha

This year marks the 10th anniversary of our project for Qatar Airways’ Premium Passengers Lounges, designed for Hamad Airport, Doha.

The worksite for the interiors, which began in 2009, involved companies from all over the world, with a large group of Italian manufacturing firms.
These spaces, characterized by extremely sophisticated features, finishes and materials, provide a micro-city inside the megastructure of a terminal, inspiring moments of tranquility and calm.

The solid materials, etched, decorated, texturized, are the main theme of the project: the intention was to generate authentic sensory experiences in an artificial setting.
