ACPV ARCHITECTS project for The Residences at 1428 Brickell won the Future House Award 2024.

Standing at one of Miami’s most sought-after locations, The Residences at 1428 Brickell is a 70-story centerpiece of the quintessential skyline of the city. Following the architecture project by US practice Arquitectonica, the tower comprises 189 residential units powered by solar energy. Imagining how owners would use each space within the property, was the guiding principle of this design for the interiors: selected furniture, materials, textures and colors create an ambiance of informal luxury.
