Position:

We are looking for a Junior Operation Specialist supports the operational management of projects and internal workflows, working closely with Partners and Director to ensure that resources, processes, and timelines are effectively coordinated.

This role is suited to a motivated professional eager to grow within a complex, international design environment.

The role will involve a range of activities including:

• Support the creation of project teams and the allocation of resources across tasks, under the guidance of senior management.
• Assist in planning, reviewing, and monitoring project budgets, tracking variations and supporting reporting activities.
• Contribute to the analysis of design processes, including timelines, deadlines, issues, and solutions.
• Help identify operational inefficiencies or critical issues, reporting them to senior stakeholders.
• Support the implementation of new processes and software tools aimed at improving workflow efficiency and coordination.
• Assist in monitoring the overall production workflow, ensuring consistency and adherence to studio standards.
• Collaborate with HR and financial administration to support alignment between resources, competencies, and project needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Management Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations support, project coordination, or similar roles within architecture, engineering, creative, or design studios is required.
• Basic understanding of project workflows, budgeting principles, and resource planning.
• Familiarity with common digital tools for planning, reporting, and coordination (advanced expertise not required).
• Good knowledge of Italian and English.

We are looking for a Project Designer who is a strong communicator, self-motivated, and eager to work in an established international design practice with a solid reputation. The ideal candidate is an architect or civil engineer with 2–5 years of experience. The role offers professional development primarily through BIM modelling within the project team, with responsibility for specific parts of the project.

The role will involve a range of activities including:

• Understand the design intent and the key concepts underlying the project
• Develop ideas, materials, and references during the early stages of the project proposal
• Produce images and drawings that clearly represent the project, from overall vision to detailed scale
• Organize work according to project priorities and development requirements
• Contribute to the project team and provide support as needed
• Collaborate with members of the internal design team
• Develop the project using BIM modelling producing models, drawings, and visual content primarily in Revit

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (required)

• Design interior spaces across a variety of building types, responding effectively to client requirements
• Understand the design intent and key concepts underlying each project
• Develop early-stage project proposals, including ideas, layouts, material references, and mood boards
• Produce images, presentations, and drawings that clearly represent the project, from overall vision to detailed scale
• Prepare technical drawings, layout plans, and all required documentation across the different project phases
• Collaborate on spatial design, material selection, and definition of finishes and characteristics
• Develop projects using BIM modelling, producing models, drawings, and visual content primarily in Revit
• Organize work according to project priorities and development requirements
• Contribute to the project team and provide support as needed

Position:

ACPV is looking for an architect or engineer to be included in our Digital & Design Technology department as a BIM Technician.

The role will include a range of activities such as:

• Managing BIM workflows from point cloud data acquisition to model delivery
• Developing and maintaining the internal BIM component library
• Creating and maintaining complex parametric Revit families
• Supporting BIM Coordinators in project coordination and ensuring compliance with BIM standards
• Assisting BIM Management in developing company-wide BIM standards
• Supporting the team with data extraction and information management from BIM models
• Assisting BIM Management with staff training on BIM tools and best practices
• Ensuring quality control of models and BIM components according to company standards

Requirements:

• 2-6 years of experience in BIM-related
• Experience with laser scanning technologies and point cloud processing is a plus
• Understanding of BIM coordination workflows and methodologies
• Familiarity with national and international BIM standards
• A strong understanding of architecture and interior design is an advantage
• English fluency is mandatory
  

Software:

• Advanced knowledge of Autodesk Revit, particularly the Family Editor environment, is required
• Dynamo and coding skills are appreciated

• Defines the guidelines for the presentation
• Develops, in synergy with the project team, the presentation methods for each project
• Creates visual elements such as logos, original images, and illustrations to communicate the project
• Develops specific layout designs and graphic outputs for architecture competitions
• Applies and manages the studio’s Brand Identity
• Post-produces images created by the visualization teams
• Oversees the printing and packaging of presentations
• Creates physical material boards on rigid supports

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience or more in a similar role, preferably within the architecture, interior design, or design industry.

• Preferable experience in editorial design/graphic design for publishing

• 3D modelling and rendering with an eye for lighting, composition to create emotional images that meet the highest industry standards
• Post-production for still images and animations
• Attention to detail and ability to work against deadlines and still be motivated to deliver quality

Requirements:

The suitable candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role at larger creative services organizations and excellent rendering skills, including for interior design, with particular aptitude and care for details. Ability to work in Italy is mandatory.

Your qualifications:

Software skills:

• Excellent knowledge of 3ds Max, C4D, Corona, V-Ray for producing images and animations
• Excellent knowledge of Photoshop for the post-production of images
• Basic working knowledge of Unreal Engine for architectural visualization.
• Knowledge of AE and Premiere for animations will be a plus

Position:

ACPV ARCHITECTS is looking for an Architect to be included in our BIM department as BIM Coordinator.

The successful candidate will support the team by:

• BIM Project Setup and Maintenance according to Company Standards.
• BIM Coordination and daily management of BIM projects data sets/workflows.
• Maintenance project BIM execution plans and technical documentation.
• Run BIM Coordination Meetings between different project consultants.
• Establish BIM Coordination workshops and report progress at the Project Design Team meetings.
• Creation and maintenance of Complex Parametric Revit Families.
• To produce and maintain Dynamo Scripts to improve design workflows.
• Provide one-to-one training on ‘Best Practice’ workflows to project teams.
• Provide technical support for BIM enabling software applications to the project team.
• Liaise with company BIM Management to develop and maintain Firm BIM Standard.
• To contribute or otherwise assist as required.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, meticulous and result-driven. We want someone who is able to manage deadlines and work accurately. In-depth knowledge of Revit, Naviswork and Dynamo is a prerequisite and essential. Knowledge of the following is an advantage: Python, C# or general coding skills.

Further requirements:

• Experience in multidisciplinary design coordination in an advantage.
• Master Degree in Architecture or similar.
• Excellent organisational skills
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently and as part of an effective team
• 2+ Years of experience as Bim Coordinator.
• 3+ Years of working experience with Revit as the primary tool.

Position:

For our Visualization Department, we are seeking a motivated real-time artisti with a background in architectural visualization and a strong interest in real-time development in unreal engine.

You will be joining the Visualization team at an exciting time, when we are researching and developing the latest ground-breaking tools in film making and immersive experiences.

The role will involve a range of activities including:

• Manage the overall asset production pipeline from architectural concept to finished real-time experience.
• Import and optimize architectural models for use in Unreal from Revit.
• Assist creation of photorealistic Real-time environments and assets.
• Create photorealistic PBR materials within Unreal and additional software packages.
• Authoring optimized, commented and efficient blueprints.

Requirements:

You should be a good communicator, self-motivated and be willing to work in an established international design practice with a solid reputation. You need to understand modeling, texturing and animation fundamentals. Also you are able to combine geometric materials, effects and UE5 Blueprints. You will be responsible for shading, materials and texturing development, project optimization and troubleshooting.

Your personality and qualifications:

• at least 2 years of experience as a Technical Artist working in Unreal, in the visualization, VFX, Real-time or similar.
